UK Delivery. Standard delivery is £4.99 and free on orders over £50. Express delivery is £6.99. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Click & Collect. Collection from our shop at 108 Outram Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield NG17 4FS is always free — choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Packing with care. Crystals are wrapped individually and packed by hand. Many pieces are one of a kind — the exact item photographed is the exact item you receive.

Returns. We have a 30-day return policy — if something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at gothicwitches@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
